Global employment,governed.
The independent institute for EOR, AOR and staff leasing. We certify the people responsible, warn them before risk becomes liability, and set the standard providers are measured against.
Founding cohort now forming. Places are limited.
Leasing-duration limit in 90 days for 3 employees
Next step: convert, transfer or restructure before the limit.
Founding members and partners
You hold the liability. Your provider holds the expertise.
Companies now employ across dozens of countries through EOR, AOR and staff leasing. When something goes wrong, the risk lands on you — usually discovered at audit, dispute or exit.
Illegal leasing
EOR arrangements that breach local licensing, duration or equal-pay rules for staff leasing.
Misclassification
Contractor relationships that quietly drift into employment, bringing back-pay, tax and penalties.
Permanent establishment
Hires who negotiate or close deals, creating a taxable presence where you have no entity.
Termination shock
Notice, severance and consultation costs nobody modelled before the hire.
Provider failure
Lost licences, partner-network gaps or insolvency at the company running your payroll.
Most buyer education comes from the companies selling to buyers. GESI is independent of every provider.
One institute, three ways to get it right.
Learn the rules, see your risk as it develops, and choose providers against a neutral standard.

Answer the hard questions before you hire.
Free tools built on the same rules we teach. They cover Germany, the UK and the Netherlands today, with more countries added every month.
Worker check
Answer for one person in one country. You’ll see three separate risks and the rule behind each.
Bill rate calculator
Start from what the worker is paid. See what the employer costs and provider fee add, and what you should expect to be billed.
Right to work check
Find out whether a person needs permission to work, the usual routes, and what the employer must check before day one.
These tools give general risk indicators, not legal advice. Country rules are draft content awaiting expert review, and each result shows when its rule was last checked.
See risk before it becomes liability.
Contracts are signed once; risk keeps moving. Tenure grows, roles change, rules shift. Risk Radar watches your footprint and tells you when to act.
Map your workforce
Upload who works where, under which model, in what role and through which provider.
Get prioritised alerts
Each alert names the people affected, the rule behind it and how urgent it is.

Questions, answered.
Is GESI affiliated with any EOR provider?
No. GESI is independent. Providers can be assessed against the GESI Standard, but no provider can buy a rating, a ranking or influence over what we teach.
Who is the certification for?
People leaders, finance and in-house legal teams who use EOR, AOR or staff leasing; the provider teams who run it; and the advisors who structure it. Each has its own track after a shared Foundation.
How do you keep content current across countries?
Changes are detected continuously, reviewed by an analyst and confirmed by local counsel before we update lessons, country packs and Radar rules. Every page shows when it was last verified.
Is Risk Radar legal advice?
No. Radar flags issues for review and cites the rule behind each alert. For decisions on a specific case, work with qualified local counsel — we can point you to our network.
When does the first cohort start?
We’ll confirm dates with everyone on the founding list first. Request a place and we’ll be in touch.
